Subject	Any tricks to remove ignition lock barrel shear bolts?

Message	The bolts used to clamp the ignition barrel to steering column are shear bolts, and once tightened the head shears off so they cannot be undone. I want to tighten the barrel to the steering column. Either by tightening the bolts, shimming it, or removing the shear bolts and replacing with normal ones. Specs on Nissan shear bolts Thread: M8x1.25 Thread Length: 18mm Head Diameter: 11.5mm _________________________________________________
